Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner operations.

  • We deliver across India through reliable courier services including Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, Ekart, and Amazon Shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Remote area delivery

  • Courier partner issues

  • Festival or sale season volume

Shipping Address Guidelines

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Change of Address After Placing Order

  • Address changes are allowed within 6 hours of placing the order. Email us at emvikenterprises@gmail.com with your order ID and correct address as soon as possible.

Returned / Undelivered Orders

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we’ll contact you to reship it.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
