Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact

A valid unboxing video is mandatory

Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.) must be provided
Returns without unboxing video or original condition will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will:

Share the return shipping label

Provide instructions for secure packaging

Arrange reverse pickup (where available)
Note: Please do not ship products without return confirmation. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only allow exchanges in case of:

Wrong item received
-
Damaged product received
A valid unboxing video is required to claim an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
At present, all our products are eligible for return under the above conditions.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

If the item was purchased during a clearance or final sale

If the product is damaged due to use or improper handling

If no unboxing video is provided
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds may take 8–15 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
For COD orders, we will request your UPI or bank account details for refund processing.
